Kevin Serwatowski

Kevin is a highly-motivated, energetic, and top performing leader and strategy consultant, with over 11 years in the cannabis industry. He spent time studying and practicing concepts of organizational learning, leadership, self-improvement, and systemic thinking.

Much of which was obtained during his MBA which he completed in 2015. Spending most of his early career in sales leadership, corporate business development, manufacturing, and marketing, he transitioned into a serial entrepreneur very early on.

Starting and exiting his first company in college, Kevin built several small businesses while still simultaneously working in a more corporate setting. This is where he gained most of his success and unique expertise from. He was able to apply entrepreneurial and corporate (and therefore more structured) thought processes into a hybrid approach to help organizations thrive and be profitable in a rapidly growing but still generally new industry, cannabis.

Working with major global organizations such as Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Keyence Corporation, and most recently with recently combined companies Precision Extraction Solutions, Pure Pressure, Cascade, and Lab Society, Kevin has an impressive resume of accomplishments and vast experience in business and entrepreneurship.

As his ventures grew larger and more successful he began consulting for various companies and specific projects, and began building his project portfolio. Most recently he decided to form Elevated Advisory Group with long time partners and friends in the industry to fill a much needed gap in the space.

As an operator himself and partner in a multi-location dispensary and commercial grow in Michigan, and spending 6 years in cannabis processing and extraction, he became very well rounded in the cannabis space. Not to mention a global cannabis network that reaches far and wide. Both his passion and focus are in cannabis and he hopes to show this through helping his clients on behalf of EAG.

Patrick King

Patrick is a sales and business development professional with 10+ years of experience focused on new business growth. During this time, he was responsible for over $70M in revenue generation in the entertainment and cannabis industry. Patrick excels in helping clients of various size and scale to strategically plan and build end-to-end solutions for their business.

Through data analysis and unmatched industry expertise, he has guided companies from the startup phase through to a successful exit strategy. As an executive & advisory member for several firms, he has a passion for leading, coaching, and motivating teams to help them achieve success. Patrick’s goal is to use his knowledge and skillset to make an impact on whatever organization he is advising for.
